How to check it is really us

Fraud by email and messaging is common. These are the facts you can always check before you pay or share anything with Digital Cognition.

Our only website is digitalcognition.io. The client portal is digitalcognition.io/portal and always shows the padlock (HTTPS).
We only write from addresses @digitalcognition.io, mainly contact@digitalcognition.io.
We never ask for passwords, sign-in codes or card details by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Card payments only go through Stripe pages (checkout.stripe.com or buy.stripe.com). Bank transfers only to an account in the name of Digital Cognition LLC.
Every proposal and invoice is also in your client portal. If a document is not there, confirm with us before paying.
Your portal sends you an email every time someone signs in to your account.
